whatswaves is a “CLOUD BASED” Web Application. In this application all data will be stored exclusively on the cloud. You can use this application from anywhere with your user id and password.
whatswaves does not give access of your personal data to any unauthorized person and we do not use your personal data for anything without your consent.
User Conduct :
You have to agree to our condition that you will use our service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of any third party. You will be responsible for the contents of the messages you send through our service.

Termination:
We may terminate your use of our whatswaves at any time and for reasons like if you will breach our terms and conditions. We can terminate your account without prior notice or liability after termination you must immediately stop using our service.
If the content of the sender’s messages is not appropriate (illegal or vulgar)contents or not in the context (garbage content), then the recipients can 'Block' or 'Report Spam' and that can lead to your whatswaves account suspended or banned.

whatswaves web application, graphics, and content, is the property of our company and it is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our services without our prior written consent.

License Agreement:
You can get the subscription as long as you want. whatswaves has different packages with different time duration validity and with some time updates and priority support will be assured during official working hours.

The license can only be activated on the account that is given by you (one or more depends on the package you choose). When the license expires, it will be automatically disabled and the customer will be offered a renewal at an affordable price.
Refund Policy:
There will be “No Refunds” after a license is purchased it will be active until the validity of the plan you have choose.
No Refund will be provided in case of WhatsApp Account Block/ Suspension/ Ban/ Direct Payment.
In case of payment failure, we highly recommend you to wait till the payment is refunded back to the account. Purchases are been managed by our team in case of failure it’s suggested to contact our support team for any queries regarding payment failure..
